Do I need to register before placing an order

You don’t have to register before placing an order.

To Make an Order,

You only need to add products to the shop cart, then choose payment method:

  • You can pay the order directly by PayPal without registering
  • Click the button “view” cart, then “Proceed to Pay” to login and finish the payment

How to change the order information

As a rule, once the order has been made, the detailed information (the size, the color, the material, etc.) of the item is not allowed to change anymore.

How can I check order status

What if I am making a large/bulk order

Regarding a Large / Bulk Order, you can place the order directly from coowigsby.com according to the order process, and follow the guidance of the order placing process.

We will provide you with personal customer service for large volume wholesale orders and discuss the shipping options fully.

How do I use the search option of your site

You can search by color, designer, occasion, dress type, price, or by style number. You can search all those categories at once and even sort by price and popularity once you've filtered your dresses.

Can I modify or cancel my order

  • How to cancel the order before payment

We will process the order only after the payment. So if your order is unpaid, customers can just leave it there. It will automatically be CLOSED 24 hours later.

  • Can I withdraw an order after payment
  • Cancel paid order within 24 hours: Customer can cancel the order in the user account directly or email us to cancel it. We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours after the payment.
  • Cancel paid order after 24 hours: Please contact us directly. If an order is not shipped, we offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We do NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has been shipped. (The cancellation fee does not include the shipping fee.)
  • If I place a repeat order, can I cancel one

Please contact our customer service team at service@coowigsby.com before your items being delivered, so that we can cancel one and resolve your problems as soon as possible.

  • Can I change items after payment

Please contact our customer service team, we can change the items within 24 hours after the payment for free.

  • Can I change the address after payment

Please contact our customer service team, we can change the shipping address before it is shipped. After that, we are unable to modify it anymore.

Why split an order into several orders?

Here are some reasons :

  • The order has too many products, and they all don’t fit into one box.
  • Some products in the order are back-ordered
  • Some products in the order didn’t pass 1st-time quality
  • Checking, and on its 2nd-time quality checking.
  • Some items are out of stock temporarily.

How long it takes to receive my order

  • Order Processing: The time it takes for us to prepare your items before shipping. This typically takes 3 to 5 days; however, it may take longer time for items that’s pre-sale or temporary out of stock.
  • Delivery time: The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has been shipped. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and shipping methods.

Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO military address

For now, our shipping partners are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. So you are supposed to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is given, it will delay shipment of your items or your order will be canceled.
